Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and place an order on this website you indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern The Little Cook Company’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term THE LITTLE COOK COMPANY or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose office is The Little Cook Company Ltd, 25 Colling Wood Gardens, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7YQ. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer or viewer of our website.

Promotional Discount Codes

Codes are valid for the dates advertised and cannot be added retrospectively to orders that were placed outside of the promotional dates. Sale items are included if advertised. Only one code can be redeemed on an order.

Our Prices

All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

All prices are as accurate as possible, every effort has been taken to ensure no mistakes have been made, if however we find any inaccuracies on the site we reserve the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice. Our sale items & special offers are only valid for a specified time. THE LITTLE COOK COMPANY reserve the right to alter these prices &/or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail and pricing includes postage and packaging. There is also the option to collect your items for free and we will arrange a suitable time for you to collect and pay for your goods.

Order Placement

To place an order simply select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on Add to Cart, once you have finished browsing the site you can then proceed to our secure checkout area. If you have registered your details with us previously you will be asked to log-in, if not you can create an account.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Please note our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The order between THE LITTLE COOK COMPANY & you, the customer, is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated & the order has been dispatched. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfil your order.

Stock Availability

We have worked hard to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels to meet demand however, sometimes an item does prove more popular than we anticipated. As a result some items on our site may be out of stock from time to time. We do not take orders on out of stock items however you can request to be emailed when an item that you are interested in comes back into stock.

Packaging Policy

Wherever possible we do try & re-use all our cardboard boxes. From time to time it may be necessary to wrap fragile items in Bubble wrap however we do try to keep its use to a minimum.

Complaints Procedure

We really hope you have enjoyed shopping with us, if you are at all unhappy with any of our services and/or policies please contact info@thelittlecookcompany.co.uk to discuss. All complaints are taken incredibly seriously, we will reply to all messages within 24 hours of their receipt.
