Over the last few weeks, the Coronavirus pandemic has brought many changes to our normal lives. As a business, we have been closely monitoring the situation and considering the health and well-being of our colleagues and customers, as our number one priority.
Our website thelittlecookcompany.co.uk remains fully open and we are maintaining all normal delivery services through the Royal Mail. However, this may change and any updates will be published on this page.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 11am Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturday the same day. Orders received after these times or on a Sunday may be sent out the next working day.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

We really hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from The Little Cook Company, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.
Please email us to request a Returns Authorisation Code to include within your return. Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, including the original delivery charge of £2.95 – providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.
We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of. If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
